Feedi is run by an independent developer, so support is personal and direct. Here is how to reach a human for help, privacy questions, or security reports.

Email supportsupport@feedi.devSetup help, account questions, billing, or anything about how Feedi works — there is no ticket queue to navigate, and your message reaches the person who builds Feedi.

Privacy & data requests

To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email support@feedi.dev with “Privacy” in the subject. The privacy policy covers how data is collected, stored, and removed.

Security reports

Found a security issue? Report it privately to support@feedi.dev before disclosing it publicly, with enough detail to reproduce it. Responsible reports are prioritized.

What to include

Your app name, the Feedi project name if you have one, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Screenshots help — just avoid pasting secrets such as your write key.

Response expectations

Support is intentionally lightweight rather than a 24/7 desk. Security, privacy, and account-access issues get priority, and Indie-plan customers receive priority email support.
